Born in Welland and raised in Fort Erie, the Niagara region has been home all of my life.  I have been blessed with a wonderful catholic education, having attended St. Philomena and Our Lady of Victory Sr. elementary schools in Fort Erie.  I then moved on to Lakeshore Catholic High School in Port Colborne.  My post-secondary education took me to Brock University, and it was there that I received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Finance.  I have been fortunate to work at the Peace Bridge Duty Free, Scotia Bank, and in online retail. 

            A seed was planted when I attended the funeral of a Redemptoristine sister presided by Bishop Wingle.  He asked me if I had ever considered being a priest.  Very politely I said “no”, though I went on to say that “I leave it in God’s hands”.  The Holy Spirit was at work and God put remarkable people and events in my life.  And then the time came, and I said “Yes.”  In the fall of 2009, I entered St. Philip’s Seminary in Toronto for two years of Philosophy, and my formation continued at Christ the King Seminary in East Aurora for five years of Theological studies.  During that time, I was assigned to Our Lady of the Scapular Parish in Niagara Falls for one year and at St. Julia’s Parish in St. Catharines the summer of 2015.  On June 12st, 2015 I was ordained a transitional Deacon by Bishop Gerard Bergie at Our Lady of the Scapular Parish, and on May 21st, 2016 I was ordained a Priest, again by Bishop Bergie, at St. Alfred’s Parish in St. Catharines.  In June 2016 I began my assignment as the Associate Pastor at St. Thomas More Parish in Niagara Falls.  In July 2019 I was named the Pastor of St. Julia Parish in St. Catharines, and in August 2024 I was named the Pastor of Our Lady of the Scapular Parish.

            One of two children, I am blessed to have two nephews and a niece, of which I adore and love spending time with.  I also enjoy travelling, especially road trips and discovering the unexpected!
